Bubble Gum Bliss™

The flowers I ordered for a friend were exactly what I wanted! They were gorgeous and she absolutely loved them! Highly recommend this florist for all your flower arrangements.

I am not from the Toronto area. Sandy's Flowers and Gifts showed up in my google search, along with other Florists/gift shops that deliver.Sandy's was conveniently located near the location I was wanting a flower arrangement delivered-- their site mentioned "free delivery for local online orders", their prices were competitive, they pictured beautiful arrangements, the representative I spoke with was kind... it seemed to be a great fit!Prior to submitting my order, I confirmed that the arrangement and gifts would be able to be delivered any time after 4:00 PM. -- "that won't be an issue", is what the lady I spoke with said.The family member listed as a contact for delivery received a phone call, on the day of delivery, in the afternoon. The flowers were going to be delivered in an hour. The flowers were delivered around 11:45 AM. (This wasn't "the end of the world"-- but, we discussed 4:00PM and this was also noted in the "delivery instructions".)The arrangement that we chose: Bubble Gum Bliss [DELUXE]: Description This arrangement is absolutely charming! With a mix of delicate and vibrant pink hues, it’s simply guaranteed to please for a birthday, new baby girl, and more!Pink spray roses and white daisies are blissfully gathered in a modern pink cube vase!Product ID UFN0931MApproximately 10" W x 10" HThe arrangement delivered: *came in a round "thing" (similar to a recycled candle container)-- *wasn't "deluxe" AT ALL! * 8-roses total (deluxe pictured 11 total) *Daisies weren't in the arrangement *baby's breath was the "filler" *the "container" was filled with this green gelTHREE-ASSORTED LATEX BALLOONS *Three mini-balloons on a stick that can be purchased at a local dollar store-- is what showed upFULL SIZE GREETING CARD (with message) *A full-size card was delivered. The "message" was HANDWRITTEN, and the penmanship wasn't that great!I really don't like to leave "bad reviews". I feel that businesses thrive from reviews, word of mouth advertisement, etc. but, this really upset me. This arrangement was NOT what we purchased. This arrangement was NOT what was advertised. This arrangement was lacking the "love" that I was searching for. I feel taken advantage of and I feel like this was false advertisement.*Show photos of YOUR work, the actual arrangements that YOU deliver... not a photo from another local florist. That photo you posted, is what I was expecting to arrive! I even called to make sure that the flowers I requested were "in stock". The lady I spoke with said, "yes, we have those in stock". The three mini-balloons on a stick? -- why was it advertised as "three assorted latex balloons"?I can say, with confidence, that I will NOT be using this business or it's services again for future celebrations, surprise "just because" flowers, gifts, etc.I guess "it could have been worse"-- but I most certainly was expecting it to be "as advertised"! Disappointing is an understatement!
